I had forgotten about Phase 2 as well. I can't remember if there were renders shown somewhere for the water feature(s) to the North of Phase 1?

you're confusing the titling of the project with the as yet un-designed deliverable product... just because it calls for sunning gathering doesn't mean you'll actually be able to either sun or gather just as designing and delivering the touch the water project doesn't mean you'll actually be able to touch the water.

I think that at least in the winter, this park looks more inviting at night.

I agree, looks great on a winters night, nice pics during the cold! The overhead cover with lighting warms it up!

What about in the winter during the daytime?

Kind of bleak...though a lot better than the arctic tundra there last winter.

Looks like my fears about this park are becoming reality. We need to nip this at the bud now before it gets worse.

The city has done it's part, it is now the developers and stake holder's turn to do their part. We need active CRUs in the Flatiron Building, Artists Habitat tower to get built, and more residential units in the area.

Make it happen....
