The NX property has a common underground parkade and storage area. It will use a central mechanical room for the geo exchange system.

Crazy how the landscape around that school looks. I hope that with the parkade demolished, it can get some much needed green space, basketball courts and soccer fields or something. You know, like EVERY school should have.

This is what Blatchford should be looking like. It's impressive that they were largely able to start with the mixed use elements, instead of building townhomes and hoping everything else follows. Having a demographic that just cares about living close to school definitely helps, but still

University District didn't layer on idiotic energy requirements and got buy in from major homebuilders in the Calgary region because of this. U of A is doing a similar plan and avoiding the boondoggle that is Blatchford.

Nice hyperbole. The middle of nowhere is most greenfield. Blatchford is in the middle of the City and will have direct LRT to the core.

Still overpriced though.

The Malmo project seems to be dead. All of their signage was removed, the website goes nowhere, and the presentation office got moved out without ever actually opening.
