I did a little tour last Friday. Quite a bit of activity south of existing townhouses new basement, north a lot of units framed and east utility installation in progress in January.

There seems to finally be some momentum for this project and a few hints on social (esp. Linkedin) on some significant multi-family projects coming in 23/24.

Any word on NAIT expansion plans or the Hanger?

If I recall correctly, there are multiple low-rise development zonings in the 4-6-8 range.

Drove through Blatchford yesterday for first time since Nov and finally looks like it’s small growing neighborhood. And with the parkade gone, the school really stands out now.

I walked through a couple days ago, lots of utility construction and infrastructure work happening on the next phase marked in blue.

Given the higher demand for the fee-simple townhouse lots would expect all the new ones along the park/storm pond to get snapped up quick - hopefully starting construction this summer? Would be awesome to have a complete corridor up Yorke Road/Mews of finished units that make it feel like a neighborhood rather than a construction site.
