This is exactly what happened, Mutti was removed due to poor build quality, and lackluster warranty support. Another poster mentioned a lawsuit, it's a class action against Mutti from current buyers with significant issues.

My quick count is 133 units in that photo, plus there are at least 6 more u/c that have started just since this photograph. Add to that basement suites which are a lot harder to tell exist just walking around the neighbourhood and I would guess the number is over 150 units at this point

    General Infill Discussion

^ It's worse IMO. "Not enough consultation" is just shorthand for "I didn't get my way, and I am not use to that so it makes me upset". Even labeling the changes as radical is unnecessary hysterics. If anything the mid-century changes were radical, and this is a reversion to the historic norms...

The Malmo project seems to be dead. All of their signage was removed, the website goes nowhere, and the presentation office got moved out without ever actually opening.

    Edmonton Real Estate Market

Interesting comparing that to the information here: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/relocating-canada-pandemic-1.6630425 Clearly, price isn't everything for many people.

When this project was staffing up I applied to work as a concrete engineer. At the time I wasn't happy that I didn't even get an interview, but hoo boy am I glad I dodged that bullet.

Cycling and Active Transportation in Edmonton

Damn I wish I had known about Bike Edmonton selling lights! The ride between Tawatinâ and the funicular was much darker than I expected given it was pretty busy.

For #1, manpower will likely not be the limiting factor, rather the cure time for whatever repairs are needed, assuming they are structural. and not aesthetic issues. My wife and I did 3/4 days of folk fest as park and ride, and each day on the bus in we saw the train parked at Muttart station...

ETS Bus and General Transit Improvements

Blatchford, no on demand transit yet. My wife commutes downtown using transit, and ironically, the best bus for her to use is a St. Albert bus! Most other options involve walking to Kingsway Mall/109 street which is really a non starter given the awful state of active transportation along the...

The first homes got underway summer 2019. I do think the city owns the blame here as the first units were announced without the city actually approving them to build. My place had an 8 month start delay because the person approving the build permit went on maternity leave with no immediate...

I think that's taken into account. 413839 shows the second footing from the south abutment sitting in the middle of the current Yellowhead alignment.

No wonder the city doesn't have transit very accessible for me, they don't even acknowledge my post code is part of the city!

The only one that consistently gives me trouble is going south on 136 street at 102 ave. Going north detection there seems to work fine. All other ones I have come across seem to be OK.

Well the opening event was surprisingly well attended. I managed to get some information on two of the not yet announced developments, although take this info with a healthy dose of salt as I was at the beer gardens first. First development: I think lot "O" Planned to be rentals according to the...

I wonder when I can expect my commission cheque from the city for breaking their stories for them. Edited to add that it looks like bulk earthworks are happening north of Alpha Boulevard. Hopefully that means the pedestrian connection to the storm pond walking paths get improved.
