Boba??

Don't listen to this overly negative take. They are super common globally - including in Vancouver today where I am currently sitting. You will also see boba in tea from street vendors in Toronto, New York, Taipei, Tokyo...More (slightly) commonly known as tapioca balls to BBT or what was super cool in 1997 Vancouver;0
Tapioca pearl milk tea hasn't really been a fad, those tea shops have been around forever. It wasn't a negative take, but rather a comment about a series fad in 97' that faded and then exploeded again more recently.

they have also rebranded JustCook to EPIC and will be fine tuning their offerings here and at their 105 street location.I was confused for a second. At first I thought you meant just Cook, meaning just Cook County saloon was moving in. Now I get it that the business "JustCook" is moving in.

The shipping containers will be located on the former park site.
The original plan was to use shipping containers on the three-storey building (and a lot of design work went into that) but there were a lot of technical challenges/concerns with meeting building/energy code items, etc. Given the time constraints, the decision was made to pivot to a conventional steel-frame structure.
