Apparently. Although I am only aware of one live performing arts venue nearby (with two theaters), so not sure if that really counts as a "district", except maybe in real estate superlative speak.

not counting Jasper Ave, vacant lots in Oliver are down to what, half dozen or so? Here's hoping there's some movement on the empty lots on Jasper and 111, 114, 115, 116, 121, 123st. What a transformation that would be.

I'm more annoyed about the marketing tactic of saying "luxury apartments"... I guess anything new is considered luxury. You're a real top earning baller if you live in a shoe box with in-suite laundry eh.

Yes, that is so annoying too but I have to give at least them some credit for finding another new misleading claim to put ahead of it.
