This development is just so great for the neighbourhood. I feel like this area is on the verge of being a "third pole" for Edmonton after downtown and Whyte/U of A.

This corner needs a few new builds, a handful of pieces of land to the east need to be filled as well, plus a few projects up 124th. It’ll feel complete long before 116-101st at this point.Next on the list for development...this land, please and thank you!

The 'West Village' or whatever Edgar is calling that area now definitely has seen the biggest change for a high-density, infill area, over the last decade in the city, after the Ice District of course.

It bothers me so much that this kind of thing happens in Edmonton so often. 3 small buildings, with active storefronts, in 2019... torn down and now sit empty for 5 years (and god knows how many more).Next on the list for development...this land, please and thank you!

Wish they'd open another Find store in/around Wihkwentowin. I've gotten some scores on misc furniture at the 122nd location but it's pretty out of the way just to stop in and see what's there.

From 3-4 days ago—you can see more clearly now that a few of the accents are a bit different from Mercury Block I.
