I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but does anyone know what's happening with the empty plot of land beside the EPS West Station on 100 Ave between 163 and 165 Street? I saw the sign now says it's been sold.
We need a hotel in the high street/west oliver/124 street area. I think it would do really well
