Thanks for the information sir! Let us all pray politics don't get in the way of this New SW hospital, it's badly needed NOW, can't imagine when it inevitably finally opens in 2032...

I keep forgetting there is that small commercial zone off Stoney Plain rd.
There’s so much land from 149-163st. Stony plain and 100th ave are both surrounded by a ton of vacant lots, run down buildings, or commercial buildings ripe for redevelopment. We could see 5000 more people easily in this corridor.
 
There was some very brief discussion a couple weeks ago on the Manhattan condo building on Sask Drive. I dug through my “archives” and found this. It is an ad from the old monthly Condo Guide magazine. Not sure which month or year but my guess is sometime in 1994. The ad says March 1995 construction. The article states that the prices range from $83,600 to $187,000.

That must have been a very early ad, for if you look at the image this is not reflective of what was built; I recall a sign that had 299-315k or something of that nature.
