Thanks for sharing this! The fact that 9 of the top 10 cities per capita are Canadian is really interesting and concerning at the same time imo.
Canadian cities have been building more high rise apartments than American cities relative to size for decades. IMO it's one of the biggest differences between Canadian and American cities.
 
Not sure where else to post this - Mandolin Books in the Highlands neighborhood is closing permanently at the end of September. New owners are kicking them out.

 
Was a quick pic while passing by but just wanted to capture a refresh for the Bristol Tower on Jasper and 121 street (Leston property). Looks fine in person. Similar colour scheme to Jasper Properties across the street.

This is such a piss off, local well loved institution and the new owners aren't even giving them time to try and relocate.

Time to rally the legions with pitchforks and torches! March down 112 Ave and block the intersections! Save the Mandolin!

If that doesn't work then boycott the new owners' businesses.
