Goldbar is continually expanding Just finished a couple of small projects there. Another one to watch is the Capital region WWTP up near Ft Sask. A massive expansion is just about to start.

A big energy upgrade as well. I believe they are going to develop a district energy system there as well.

However, I wasn't able to find any renderings showing the final look. I couldn't get a picture of it, but the north entrance looks like it has been demo'ed right to the framing.
