Two new happenings around Superstore on Gateway. Looks like a pad is being built on the N.E. corner of the Superstore parking lot. No signage of what is proposed that I could see. Second is the Whitemud Inn has fencing around it and there were a few workers around. Not sure if it’s. a demo or rebuild.

I noticed around the entire perimeter of the fenced off area they have been drilling and sinking down the rebar for piles I assume.

Fenced off and definitely looks like some stuff is being removed before demolition.

Additional:

New renovation of the Millwoods Sobeys on 23ave and 50st. I quite like this new look. Also interior is getting a whole new makeover.

There's a thread about this one somewhere. Leston Holdings is redeveloping those properties into a single 6 storey building

That "INN" was used during pre oil crash 2015 as halfway house for Camp staff for Aramark on days off and pre/post travel days - textbook den of scum and villainy during those days I am told. If those mattresses could tell a story....lol

Leston must have come across some large amounts of captial.......their operations seem so unassuming and minimalistic, their properties all seem pre-1980.

According to the Major Project update the Provincial Pharmacy Central drug production and distribution centre construction has begun. If its the one I think it is then yes its started. on the Qualico Golden west lands NE Corner of 137ave and 170st.

We know there is a McKessson drug distribution center in the same area. That Provincial one has been on saying "pending" for at least 4-5 years now. Does it say "under construction" now?

I saw an article / blurb thingy on LinkedIn yesterday about "Great Gulf" and how successful their "11th and 11th" project in the City of Cows is. Then underneath is says, "we have big plans for ALBERTA in 2023.....," without listing any details. Hotel Mac site and what other property do they have here?

Yup and there is a large wharehouse being built now. Just to the South west of the McKesson site.
