I live in the building at the top of the picture, and my apartment has been shaking every day since they started work right in front ?. I can feel my desk vibrating as I type this.

Construction alarm clock also wakes me up every weekday at 8am.

Y'all scaring me. My unit is in the Monaco to facing 102nd Ave right on top of the slab and we got notice that Aecon is coming to inspect the building for WLRT.

God I hope the construction isn't insane for years. I'll never rent the place.

Looks like they're working on the westbound lanes here first, as opposed to the eastbound lanes past 100 Street.

looks like they are starting to seal the concrete above the convention centre. the rod work will start right after this happens. Pile of sanitary and storm water pipe sitting at 99st now.

Have seen lots of cement trucks today on Jasper and 114th for this project. Previously, they seemed to be doing lots of underground work, they had a huge red crane like machine. No idea what any of this means but I thought I would share.

Just walked by there an hour ago. There's definitely a pour going on, saw 3 cement trucks queued up down 114 street

Don't want to sound like a pedant but the trucks will be delivering concrete, which has cement as one of the constituent parts

??YES but what is the cement for??! Underground stuff?? Above ground stuff?? The road??!! We will never know..

It's for the deep utilities. It's more of a soil cement. Flows into the excavation. Can be easily dug up later. They have been doing it on the east end as well. Also used it to fill the old underground pedway.
