Captain's Boil in SEC for a reunion last night.

^^^^ especially not with that "Pepsi" cabinet introducing you to the innards. Bad design choice!
 
Oddly enough that was a very common design element for places like this when I was in Australia. The grab'n'go with a hard left or right was a regular site and something that likely supports not only the intended demo but the bottom line as well.
 
^^^^ bad design is bad design no matter Australia or the moon. Functionality should lead to good design, not the other way around.
 
Intent and anticipated use should also play a strong role during the design phase.
 
Alberta Hotel needs a restaurant with deep pockets. If not a Keg, maybe a Brown's Social House? More importantly, it needs a new landlord because I can no longer trust Gene Dub to do that job.
