What happened with the Holiday Inn on plans in front?

Are you referring to the Holiday Inn that was supposed to replace the Urban China space? If so then it's likely dead for some reason, but I'll let the downtown urbanists chime in.

They must have had a big push last week with their Open House - according to their site - 110 units are available = 57% occupancy. Prior to last week they were sitting at a 43% occupancy.

I continue to be amazed at how nice this development is turning out. I don't know why I had such low expectations, but they are crushing them. I went from unsure if people would even want to live here to convinced it will be one of the most popular places to be in the next five years.

Plus the added bonus of the park/amenity space, which goes above and beyond what they needed to do. It's actually quite sizeable and will be such a nice addition and tie-in with the RAM and pedway.

I know I've said this before but if Stationlands of all places can fill up their units fast and expand their second tower then there's no excuse for other downtown developers.
