Someone on C2E said the fence was put up because of the vandals spraying the building but there has been some utility work done at the back of the building. Safe to say this will be starting soon here.

Heard rumblings that this had started, but they are just clearing the foundations. It's not under construction until the shoring rigs arrive.

As long as it doesn't send up like the Arlington. We don't have a very good track record regarding stalled projects at the moment though. I mean, for the grand price of $400-$500/night, you can have a lovely view of a stalled construction site, derelict empty weird looking casino building, and barren wasteland north of the new arena. That is just a single area. ?

I don't think this one is stalled. The person I talk to who is involved with trades said that he hasn't heard much on this project in terms of work being started this year. But he also said One, the company who is taking care of this project, likes to do their own thing a lot of times.

So who knows what to expect for a start date.
