It was 7 pm and I wanted to use the TD ATM but the mall was locked. I'll have to drive down to the TD Bank in the Brewery District.

It's these kinds of super short trips/errands that I hope more and more people give consideration to active transportation (a short bike or longer walk instead) - especially with the weather so nice.

The green does brighten up he corner. Now if they could get Simons green sign in another part of the mall that would be great.

I always thought a Simon's downtown would make more sense than having it at Londonderry Mall. Maybe it will make the move and occupy the old Bay space? Or even the Holt Renfrew space. Would do wonders for downtown.

Love the double height windows but especially the new entrance facing the intersection. That is key to having the mall engage better with 102 Ave.

A small albeit impactful renovation to City Centre. Incremental change like this will eventually make 102 Ave aby the mall less of a bunker wasteland.

Adding some color to that corner helps too. Felt drab and uninviting when I would drive or walk by there.
