As reported, better than nothing, but still aways away from where that percentage should be.

I suspect Calgary's situation is more dire considering the large office vacancy problem there (more office buildings that have occupancy problems). Edmonton also has the ICE District as a countervailing force, soon to be joined by the Warehouse District Park (if it doesn't become the passive drug-dealing monster that it first seemed to be). Also Edmonton has two fast-growing universities in its downtown core. Calgary in a similar vein is more barren.
