zinc was a bit of a “one-off” in i believe the restaurant was actually the aga’s and operated on their behalf, likely with guarantees to the operator similar to the deal on hotel badging. if so, it may be the aga trying to limit their exposure and not a tenant pulling the plug as that arrangement probably falls outside of the federal rent subsidies as no rent would have been payable. anything that’s “one-off” often falls between the cracks of most of the support programs.

Was supposed to be a Popeye's, but the lease couldn't get arranged so an alternative location has been found (not sure where).
