We'd be lucky to see even 3 of those start this year I don't think you will see half of those 10 ever :/
New cantilevered metal entry canopy (like Union Bank Inn's), new main floor windows, new main door, new blade signage (like is required for Whyte Ave storefronts), as well as other miscellaneous repairs throughout building.Something happening with Canada Permanent Building?

If even 3 of these start this year I will be a happy camper. My guesses in order of likelihood:
- Open Sky 121 St. (Open Sky)
- Grandin 4 (Westrich)
- Stationlands Rental Mid-Rise (Qualico)
- J123 (Streamliner Properties)
- The Hudson (Westrich)
- Parkview Tower 1 & Link Building (Pangman & Maclab)
- Edmonton Motors Tower 1 (Pangman & John Day)
- Falcon 1 (Langham)
- ICE District Tower BG (ONE Properties)
- Emerald Tower (Regency)
Booo yah!^^^^ better get your tent pegs ready and fire up the laugh machine.
