    Stanley A. Milner Library | ?m | 6s | EPL | Teeple Architects

It needs a reskin, badly. I'm okay with the form now, but that paneling is what's holding it back in my opinion.

    University Heights | 23m | 6s | Westrich Pacific | EFG Architects

Ah yes, the "Good Enough For Edmonton" guy. Very popular around these parts.

    Oops, totally missed that

    Peak Tower | 99.06m | 23s | Lighthouse HM | Davignon Martin

Isn't that what we're getting? The render that @Abba posted says Regency on it.

    Weber Centre Revitalization | 53.64m | 12s | DIALOG

I used to work at Weber Motors once upon a time and always thought it was a unique design to have a car dealership in the podium of an office tower. I do quite like the colour choice for the redesign!

    Hat @ Old Strathcona | 66.14m | 20s | Cidex Group

Oh man, that would be a dream come true. I really hope we can woo them up here.

    121 West | ?m | 10s | Regency Developments | DER + Associates

Sometimes I really question whether Mr. Der and his associates are colour blind or not.

Belvedere Affordable Housing | ?m | 5s | Right at Home Housing Society | RPK Architects

Quite like the colour scheme on this one.

    Lendrum Redevelopment Project | 21.94m | 6s | CRHC | RPK Architects

Has there been any more detailed renderings released of this one? Interested to see the concept.

    The Hive | 75.89m | 22s | Beljan Development | Hodgson Schilf Evans

    Name change to DavidO, stat!

    BLK99 | 27m | 7s | Sharbro Construction | Hodgson Schilf Evans

I think a name change is in order for me... "Cementitious"

    Inglewood Intersection 123 | 17.07m | 4s | Copperblock Capital | Gardner Architecture

I like the wood used on the balconies.

    Stanley A. Milner Library | ?m | 6s | EPL | Teeple Architects

Good thing it's completely recyclable because I hope sooner not later it gets replaced with something better.

    Glenora Park | 81.99m | 22s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

Previous podium was way better in my opinion. But it seems to be mandatory to add the "Edmonton Spec" brick so I can understand why they had to make the updates.

    Pendennis Hotel Redevelopment | ?m | 4s | LEDR | Next Architecture

Didn't Gene Dub do the original design on the UCAMA? I seem to remember it being on his website and now it's gone.

    Hat at Five Corners | ?m | 24s | Cidex Group

10-12 years ago Edmonton dreamed of spandrel, we'd had enough of stucco. It feels like we're in a bit of a privileged position now to be over spandrel.

    Hat at Five Corners | ?m | 24s | Cidex Group

I wonder what the hold up is on the podium? I've been interested to see the materials they use compared to the renders for a while now.

    The Quarters Hotel and Residences | 280.1m | 80s | Alldritt Land | KENNEDY

I personally can't wait to get a personal tour of @archited 's office space when it's built.

    Brickyard Off 4th | 20m | 6s | Cove Properties

I've got to say though, do we really have to contextualize with adjacent residential buildings? Especially THOSE residential buildings? There's nothing wrong in my mind with making a stand out design that's unique to the area, that can still respect its surroundings.

    Lewis Farms Community Recreation Centre | ?m | ?s | Saucier + Perrotte

I agree, would rather delay the plan instead of "value engineering" it. We've all seen what happens here when we do that.
