I have always thought that office building was pretty unique for it's size compared to its location. I love that they are planning on refacing it! But, even though it's nice to see activity all around the city, it would be nice to have some more absorption in the core...
 
Well I'm going to say not PCL given they are pretty established at their campus. Chandos has already moved around a couple of time IIRC. Clark or Pagnotta probably?
