Proposed rezoning in Strathcona for a mid-rise apartment
January 9, 2020

Edmontonians are invited to a drop-in engagement session to learn more about the proposed rezoning of properties on the northeast corner of 99 Street NW and 90 Avenue NW.

Date: Wednesday, January 15
Time: 6 - 8 pm
Location: Strathcona Community League, 10139 87 Avenue NW

The proposed rezoning would allow for the development of a seven storey apartment with a maximum of 60 residential units, an eighth storey indoor/outdoor rooftop amenity area, street level commercial space fronting 99 street and underground parking. An amendment to the Strathcona Area Redevelopment Plan would be required to facilitate the proposed rezoning.

The engagement session will be an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and share your views with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council for when the proposed rezoning goes to City Council Public Hearing for a decision.
