That might be bottom of the pit in the N/W corner .Edit- checking back in the thread, post #5, looks like they have a fair bit of digging to do. They'll have room to put a Costco down there, that's going to be massive.

Either slight value engineered or just more realistic. Nonetheless, acceptable downgrade imo.

Note to self, never trust a render that has no mechanical floors at the top.

A little off-topic, but also with two less floors of masonry here, it makes me wonder what all the factors are against brickwork in this province. Even for single-family homes, in Toronto, a lot of the newly built move-up homes and even townhomes are brick exterior. Something almost completely non-existent here. When I worked at Brookfield I asked the VP of operations this question and she told me basically too pricey here and not enough demand. Just baffles me why it be more expensive and why people don't care for it.
