I like it although a bit surprised that Norquest is devoting this section of land to a little campus park with the Warehouse District Park a block away.

Will be nice though.

^It's a 'front yard' for their students. Has a 30 year public access agreement so anyone can use it.

Part of their overall goal of providing more of a campus (think quad) experience for their students, staff and faculty.

We are getting two new significant green spaces and need to ensure that we have a diversity of offerings, active and passive, family friendly and relaxing to ensure these will be well used and quite active.

Yes, for the time being. Hopefully they'll add/extend their patio to integrate into the park, when it's done.

It would be cool if The Parks building (or another surrounding) had a plaza fronting space that Boston Pizza could go to. Patio integrating with the park. That would be really cool. Then the existing building and lot could be redeveloped also

Is the Boston Pizza staying there?

Good question! I'm not sure how popular that location is now that there's a new BP in ICE District.
I have a similar question with Khazana and the donair shop formerly known as Chateau Beirut - if that one block of 107 St is closing down, what happens with these two shops?

Who owns the surface parking lots just west of BPs? Would have been nice to incorporate that land into the park as well.

Still too many parking lots for my liking. Besides the lot west of BP, there's a few lots west and northeast that could be turned into park space.
