Chicken and the egg... density is needed.Not bad, but I always think it's a miss when projects of this density don't include commercial. If I'm living in a high density building like this, I want the benefits of a high density neighbourhood, which should be walkable amenities.
I wonder if this project will actually be condos or go rental, considering the pressure on home sales of any kind right now with interest rates, price declines, etc.
