Driving past it a few minutes ago I was struck by its relatively thin profile. Reminds me of Encore.

Wow, the Parks and the park will change that area so much. Now just a couple other highrises around the perimeter of the park and we could have something really nice.

Was walking/partying in the area and the scale of the project is enormous. The one tower alone already has a MASSIVE presence width and height-wise. Can’t wait for the second tower!

The project itself is not necessarily enormous, but the significance of it is beyond enormous at present only to heighten on phase 2 as it will stretch to Jasper. Phase 2 will truly show the impact and importance of this location and project. If a steady migration of new comers to our city is healthy, this project and the soon to be park, might stimulate a lot more ancillary developments already proposed.

Can confirm that the crane can now be seen from the Walterdale. Just drove there this morning and saw it coming down the hill too. Wasn't the case at all from earlier this week,
