Given it's roughly the same size as Mercury Block I (~160 units?), does that mean they've reduced the parking ratio for this one?Based on the development permit, Mercury Block II is only going to have 2 levels of underground parking compared to the 3 levels in Mercury Block I. This building is going to come out of the ground that much quicker

First one included some sort of agreement with Evolve gym I believe? Which likely led them to just build out a full section of public knowing lots of retail in the area would attract users.
