The project has too many elements and ideas on the exterior design, and is very “busy.” The design palette would benefit from better reflecting the historic character of the community."

Alas, this is true for most recent builds: patchwork quilts, occasionally with blue piping.
Don't forget the overuse of LED lighting. :(
 
So I don't know if this has been mentioned in another thread but I noticed as I was driving past today that Cora is moving into the building on the corner in the U of A area that Earl's is located in. The sign is up already, I would have taken a picture but I was driving and that was in the middle of a turn so unfortunately no picture this time.

Josan Properties announced they have acquired the Intact Building, assumedly from ProCura. Wonder if we'll see ProCura sell more of their properties?
