I think they mean pet hotel believe it or not, the only large one in the Edmonton CMA is on the SW side of Leduc.

I mean the permit says mixed use, I think it might actually just be apartments? I really don't know.

Was hoping a development like this, which is lacking in the core, would be feasible. I guess we will see.
