I took some shots when I was out for a ride in the area about a year ago. I was surprised how much space there is (I guess it is an entire city block) and the sort of "blank canvas" opportunity that is there in that prime location. I was also taken aback by what a wasted opportunity it was with the GoA just sitting on the vacant buildings and unused land for how long now? Although not surprised I guess...it is Edmonton and who cares about Edmonton if you are the GoA!!!
