There are few folks I’ve seen that have the vision for real estate development like George Cantalini. The anecdote about how he saw the site and immediately moved to purchase it is incredible to anyone who recalls what the site looked like previous—and even moreso considering he/Beaverbrook didn’t even do multifam at the time.
