The city Square Tower renderings look great! Now if that LED digital board gets approved it will be the 3rd large wraparound digital board within 400 meters of each other

Now I am a big supporter of these large boards but I think this will be hard to get approved by the city.

@KyleBlanchett Your map is a bit off - you circled Edmonton Tower; City Square is one block east.
Digital signs are a discretionary use in the current zoning (CCA), so you're right, the DO could potentially reject the application, which is still in progress.

Oops. I mean the lot between Edmonton Tower and City Square Tower. I'm not convinced anything will happen with the casino any time soon.
