The new Affordable Storage building is referenced in the Horne & Pitfield Building Redevelopment thread (i.e. the Affordable Storage historic building on 104th St) but I think this thread will be fine for the new build.

Honestly seems like Valley Line density is going to be a norm from now on. It is going to be superrrr interesting what these areas look like 5-10 years from now.

Site is an eyesore at present. This is a nice looking suburban style office building which to me is a big improvement.

Does it beat the empty field? Yes.

Do I wish these things would be even *slightly* street oriented? Also yes. Hell, just move the strip of parking closest to Gateway to the interior of the site, so that the building + one row of parking is closer, and you've already got an incremental improvement.
