They have been working hard on their 170st and 107ave development. It was a sad day when the historic Swiss Chalet was demolished.

Was it actually demo'd? I thought they were "re-purposing" it. I know the one on 51st ave was demo'd a few years ago along with it's friend - Harveys.

The Italian Bakery on 97 St is almost done. Sidewalk renovations are currently underway.

What's going on with the gas station/carwash/strip plaza site on 100 Avenue (backing onto the AECOM building)? Partial construction of one building has taken place but that's it.

4plex going up at corner of 109 Ave and 117 Street. I believe this is the second row house development of this nature in Queen Mary Park (North of 107 Ave that is). Queen Mary Park is prime for more of this, as they have a semi-grid system in place.

In this day and age I am blown away by the lack of passive daylighting buildings like this incorporate. That upper length could have Kalwall or something similar the entire length.
