Wasn’t there a large scale condo development for that plot? I remember when I lived in Blackburn in the very early 2000’s when the proposal came out

Some good history at that park.

Back in the 80 and 90s the spring start was always the annual Rugby Relay. Ran it a few times.

Think it was before Rohit’s time. They obviously did the 2 buildings there now. “Time” does ring a bell. Either way it was multiple buildings of varying heights, with a 90’s esque look of green and peach colors if I’m not mistaken …..
