While they are at it, maybe the semi abandoned site on 101 St can also become a basket ball court. We can have a multitude of basket ball courts to hide the lack of development of empty lots downtown.
This is Edmonton - we really know how to tear down things, build things to replace them, not so much.

Very nice, though I'm afraid that the current Freemasons Hall building renders any development on the NW corner of 100 Ave/103 St a non-starter

There is an L shape available which could make it possible for a more significant development while preserving the Hall.

I’m guessing the SW quadrant where the old Target was and has since been smashed. Strangely enough there have been a few construction trailers in that area for the last few months….I like the fact is says “tower” and not a stubby 6 wood frame .
