The Edmonton region will receive $1.5 billion over three years in capital grants. This includes $1.3 billion for LRT projects, $82.7 million for Yellowhead Trail upgrades, $25.9 million to widen Terwillegar Drive and $16.6 million for the Ray Gibbon Drive expansion.
