I was showing Edmonton off to my brother in law who is Brazillian and lives in Ontario and we just happened to stumble upon Bite of Brazil and he was impressed. Too bad.

Stopped in at a new Micro brew in the NW end of the city. Polyrythmic. Hard to find but worth the hunt. Not an accessible room but the beer is good and they have some good food offerings. Did a sample flight. Liked the Wit the best.
If you go take 116ave from either 149st or 142st. turn north at 145st and go to the end of the cul-de-sac. go to the right and it is at the end of the row of small offices. next to the old rail tracks. Owner is putting in some ramps for wheelchairs. and a patio soon.
Can do 2 options for the Triangle of Beer. Polyrythmic, Endeavor and Growlery. Or switch out Growlery for SYC.

Went to Smokein Barrels (156/131ave) for lunch yesterday. What a great little fined. Will be going back when I'm in that part of town.

So, sounds like Fu's Repair Shop is moving to the old Station on Jasper location later this year and the first Fu's location will eventually be closed. They must've been doing very well to expand that much.

A recent video on Fu's suggests that they are a rarity among hospitality endeavors -- they are busy all of the time. Are you sure that it is a relo and not a second place expansion -- I think they would do really well with the latter.

It’s a relocation to a larger space, there won’t be two Fu’s locations.
