Most definitely. I am still hopeful that the north side at loading dock and the new stage door which I assume will be in the area as the loading docks will be completed in the next few months which will greatly help the basic operations of the building.

So I bumped into a coworker of mine and he stated that the loading dock will be reopened soon.

Closer and closer everyday. According to an associate of mine, the main performance space in this section is all good except for its roof. I don't know when I will be in the building next but I'm curious how the changes look.
