So I bumped into a coworker of mine and he stated that the loading dock will be reopened soon.

Closer and closer everyday. According to an associate of mine, the main performance space in this section is all good except for its roof. I don't know when I will be in the building next but I'm curious how the changes look.

Keep in mind that we need to be patient with this project, for the West established side has configurations set in motion that are sensitive and easily prone to damages from vibrations if too much is occurring simultaneously. Also, at one point, there was also the lrt line constructed in conjunction to this development while there is an existing lrt running underground.
