So should we be preparing for a watered down, bait and switch version of the original plan ala the Stanley Milner Library

Given the scope, design and budget change, I cant imagine we are going to be seeing something that will blow our minds out of the water that is better than the original version everyone was promised...

From what I see in the permit, the main features of the original version are intact, such as the 'signature' terracotta roof. I'm hopeful the end result will look great.

Are you sure Gene Dub isn't in charge of construction?
I'm almost sure the Winspear construction was hit by the same issues as other construction projects: pandemic, staffing issues, supply issues and the weather.
