Really positive news with this. If CC mall goes ahead with twin towers for the east side, which I suspect it would be situated at the very east portion of the mall, it is a game changer for that entire block especially if the north tower of the mall entrance's also faces that street.

I think that the ECC people are collectively saying "my head hurts... do we go left or do we go right". They are looking for signs (
