Really positive news with this. If CC mall goes ahead with twin towers for the east side, which I suspect it would be situated at the very east portion of the mall, it is a game changer for that entire block especially if the north tower of the mall entrance's also faces that street.

it is not my belief as I don't know their game plans, but there has been discussions on it within the last months.

Expect a crane to go up for the addition to the back of Williams Hall later this year.

Good to see some progress here. I hope they can deliver on the retail. Not the easiest location and somewhat risky given the number of vacant spaces in close proximity.
