This rendering puts the "View" in better context with the surrounding neighbourhood. For the life of me I can't understand what difference an extra 4 stories would have made; the height aversive crowd has lost all common sense. Better they had objected to the parking structure to the north (which is already existing) -- that is more of a block-killer than a 50 storey tower would have been. I like the tower portion of this render way better, however the base of the original render looked a little more appropriate for a tower that doesn't have a podium per se.
