A planning application (map) has been made to rezone 9922 111 Street NW.
The current zoning is an existing Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2.1020).
The proposed zoning is a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2). The purpose of the zone is to enable the development of a high-rise high-density residential tower within 200 metres of the Grandin LRT station.
The applicant intends to amend the existing DC2 Provision to shift the parkade ramp 1.4 metres closer south to the property line and allow balconies on the lower storeys on the north side of the building. As a result, minor changes to the DC2 text, site plan and landscaping plan are required.
