This is honestly one of my favourite new residential towers in the city, next to Encore and CX. I really like its exterior look (if the renders hold true) and I think its scale fits the area very well. I hope that we'll see at least a few more towers similar to this one pop up in the future around Grandin and Oliver.

Agreed. Slim, elegant, ~12 x 3 bdrms and 2 x urban townhouses will permit more folks to consider moving to or staying in central Edmonton.

Give me 5 more of these and 5 more Augustanas.

I don’t think there is 3 bedrooms? There’s only one change in layouts. There’s no larger penthouse or sub penthouse suites. The suites that start at floor 11 continue up the entire tower. They now also show units remaining for each suite layout, which they never did before. Looks like they’ve sold well (unless they are holding back a whole bunch of units that they’re not including in the units remaining count)
