Drove by earlier today - the trees along 101st have been boxed off for protection, fencing up, and some dumpsters in the alley (looks like they're clearing out the existing houses). Excited to see this one get moving!
I drove past this site the other day and like what space it will be filling. I really can't wait to see the phase two built as it will make a completely different visual impact when one is driving westbound on the James McDonald bridge.
Interesting news article, I like how the second phase proposes to have some commercial spaces. I really like how this will add a little bit more density into this section of the river valley. As I have said before I am very much looking forward to the second phase, I really do hope they move forward with that part of the plan. It would be really nice to have some additional retail spaces down there in the valley which would be a nice addition for amenities for the entire neighborhood.
