^^^^ Yes... his name is Kenton Clarkovich -- he can climb tall buildings like spiderman, he can repel barbs like wonderwoman, he can work at night like green lantern, he can hang upside down like batman, and he can lift heavy panels in place like Captain Canada. Some think of him like a super manovich!

@Grandinite The emergency exit? It's probably about the only place they could put it, it's built to the north property line.

It's a tight site. Life safety design such as stairwell entrances/exits have to follow the ABC (Alberta Building Code).

I can say that they've had 'issues' with the particular subtrade on the installation of the exterior. I believe they have figured it out now.

I signed up for their mailing list out of curiosity - they just sent an update yesterday saying occupancy of floors 2-12 would start in October. No word on the remainder of the building though.
