I think they took the crane down too soon -- that upper storey scaffolding looks anything but safe -- you couldn't pry me out there for any sum of money.

I have to say I like the massing of this tower, it's broken up very well to make it less imposing.

The North elevation is horrible, everything else is nice.

Shall we place bets on when the exterior finishings will be done on this building? I'm going to go with January... of 2022....
