Great project, just curious if there were any issues with PCBs on the site. It's a great concern with former transformer stations in other cities.

PCB's were dealt with before the City put the building up for sale.

650 Substation in Glenora (135 ST - SPR) is being decommissioned. I wonder if anything would come of it, or if it would be an infill house? I guess with the commercial on 134 ST, it might be a tougher sell.

It's on the City's Inventory of Historic Resources and is one helluva cool looking building. I hope somebody can think of something cool to do with it.

I would absolutely love a co-working space in that building. It's the perfect spot to create more community without the NIMBY'ers getting upset. And I say that living in the general area.
