Rafters Landing looks so forlorn without her anchor tenant! Quite literally... Can I also say I think RL would make the IDEAL spot for an observation wheel like the London Eye... It's on the bend below downtown within a 200M walk of an LRT station in the valley. You can't make a better location for an iconic tourist attraction... Hell I'd even settle for a Orlando Drop skyride provided they fix their harness bolting restraint issues... RIP, dude!

Also what I'd like to see ply the North Sask River every summer? Electric hydrofoils! Imagine taking a glide down the river from Mayfair Park to Louise McKinney and onto Rundle or the Edmonton Aquarium at Cloverbar... Candela electric water taxi
